Ingredients
2/3 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
2/3 cup feta, crumbled
4–5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (sliced)
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red onion, diced
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- Begin cutting vegetables; this includes pitting the olives (if you couldn’t find them pit-less), slicing your cherry tomatoes, chopping your basil, peppers and dicing your onion
- As your water has come to a boil, add pasta and follow timing guidelines found on package
- Finish measuring out your feta cheese, Italian salad dressing and oregano
- Once pasta is ready, strain and rinse it; place pasta in a large bowl and let cool (around 15 minutes). Add in veggies, oregano, cheese, and Italian dressing, gently stirring together all ingredients.
- Serve salad immediately (some prefer it at room temperature), or place in fridge, serving chilled.
