Cucumber Cocktail

Cucumber Cocktail

When I think of brunch, I think of the quintessential brunch drinks, Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s. And if you really need a pick-me-up, strong coffee with a shot of Baileys. Don’t get me wrong, I love all these drinks, as do many. But I was getting a little tired of ordering the same damn thing for brunch every time. I wanted the vodka from the Bloody Mary, the crisp bubbly taste of the Mimosa, and the pick-me-up of a coffee. Thus, the cucumber refresher was born.

This drink is not only good for brunch, its great for an afternoon cocktail, and evening drinks with friends. Basically, what I’m saying, it can be socially acceptable at any hour of the day.

Enjoy!
