I wanted to create a smoothie that was healthy and delicious; but a lot of healthy smoothies I’ve tried don’t contain that combo. I got so fed up with the “it’s healthy for you” but tasted like absolute trash – that I was on a mission to create something tasty. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Spinach
- 2 Heaping Tbs of Greek Yogurt (plain, or vanilla)
- 1 Tbs Chai Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Water
- 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Juice (can sub Orange Juice or Cranberry)
- 1 Tbs of Peanut Butter (or Almond Butter)
- 1 Cup of Mixed Frozen Berries (Choose from: Blueberries Raspberries or Blackberries)
- 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
Instructions
There’s nothing really to elaborate on for instructions. Just blend baby, blend! This makes two servings, however, I drink the entire thing myself. Sorry not sorry.
